Designed for high workloads, with two burners for non-stop grilling of large amounts of food.

Control of both burners means optimised consumption and no energy wastage.
WeGrill Hereford is the professional infrared gas grill which cooks with heat from above, equipped with adjustable-height cooking grid.

Like all WeGrill grills, Hereford reproduces the effect of an ember/charcoal barbecue, reaching a temperature of 850° Celsius on the burner surface, but without producing flames, smoke and unpleasant smells.

You can grill meat, fish, seafood and vegetables, caramelise foods and melt cheeses; WeGrill Hereford will be an invaluable tool for the most widely varying recipes.

Hereford is made entirely from steel and its grids and cooking accessories can be dismantled for easy cleaning in the dishwasher.

Curious fact

The Hereford is a breed of cattle which originated in Herefordshire.
Nowadays, Hereford cattle dominate the world scene from Australasia to the Russian steppes. They are not generally tall but they are very sturdy, with live weights of 800 kg for females and 1200-1300 kg for males. Their lightly built skeleton is covered with large masses of solid muscle. They have a red-brown coat of varying shades and a white face. They have short, yellowish horns pointing forward and downward.
