Our ceramic burners, for gas models, and radiant plates, for electric models, reach 850° typical of a glowing ember, entering the infrared spectrum that triggers the Maillard reaction. This seals in a beautiful crust on the outside (crispy effect) while preserving the succulent, smoky flavor inside, typical of grilled meat.

No smoke and odors!

Thanks to the Maillard reaction, the liquids are immediately “sealed” inside the food. Additionally, our burners radiate from above. The liquid fats, falling, end up in a collection tray, without coming into contact with the heat source, eliminating smoke and annoying flames, and preventing the potential toxicity of charring.
